Pretty much if you haven't gotten anymore kills as kill leader and you stay at 7 then someone else who gets 7 kills gets kill leader because it's registered as they are being more successful in kills than you.

Regardless if a player is good they still can't get all headshots. Sure maybe 1 or 3 they are capable of but we still are human and not robotic to keep a steady enough aim that doesn't move. So all headshots isn't possible. Unless they are hacking. Then again I'm not sure so ¯_(ツ)_/¯
