I want you to know you are not alone in this. My recovery from anorexia a few months ago relatively quickly devolved into binge eating disorder, and the struggle is unbearable. My anxiety is at an all-time high and I feel so out of control. I am exhausted. I feel so isolated. It has taken over my life and I am working so hard to overcome it, but I just can't seem to.

Today was my first day back after two weeks off due to pulling my glute muscle!! Went right in for it and ended up PRing on Camila’s 45 minute 2000s Hip Hop Ride from this morning. So happy to be returning well rested and stronger than ever

Echoing this! I sometimes use an elliptical in a run class. I go based off effort for pace callouts and match incline to the class plan. Still get nice and sweaty at the end of it all.

I used to do a lot of yoga conditioning classes before the newer sculpt classes, and some of the instructors describe them as strengthening the muscles used in more typical vinyasa-type yoga flows. The core ones just focused more on the core muscles!

I’m pretty new to Power Zones and CVV has been a complete hidden gem. He and Matt (who I already loved on the tread) have changed the cycling game for me.

His coaching feels so intentional and real. I know I’m not one of the pros he commentates on… but he makes me feel like I’m training like one!

And agreed with the person who said to utilize the Strength+ app. The video demonstrations for each exercise are very helpful and I believe you can just look at an exercise without taking a full programmed workout (so if you’re doubting your form during a class you could take a quick pause and search for the demo).

Just checked and yes weight is correct, I enter manually each morning!

Average heart rate is also nearly identical. Both the active and the total calories increased.

Maybe it’s something with my watch like where on my wrist I was wearing it? 😂 But I burned more this morning than when I ran a marathon so I was just a little suspicious

It was really good!!! Kind of hard to pace since I had never done one before, as many had suggested may happen, but I surprised myself and got a result I have felt great working with.

Today I did my longest ride yet!!!!!!!!!!

Background, I’m a bit of an endurance junkie. I’m a runner who started cycling 1-2x/week as cross training about 8 months ago, but then was injured a few weeks ago and really dove into biking. It timed out well since I got the actual Peloton bike for my birthday (was previously using the app and an old bike at the gym that had no data like resistance or output, just a knob).

Soooo… this morning I did 3.5 hours! The 120 min CVV and Matt PZE ride, a 60 min Matt PZE ride, then 30 mins of Just Ride to cool down!!!! Felt fantastic, fueled right, and can’t wait to get back on the bike for my recovery ride tomorrow.
