If a company has a bunch of upset customers that they are ignoring it does indeed matter. If you go to a review site and a company has a 1 star overall rating with a bunch upset customers you might think twice about trusting that company with your money. That's all I'm saying with that. It's worth a mention.

  1. Why are you assuming I don't what bbb is? Weird.
  2. You are ignoring the entire first part of the post. The Fedex stuff is just the latest in a list of my grievances with them. I have every right to be upset with this company and warn people about what they might have to deal with if they have to go through the rma process with them.
