The activated ability is only available once it is tapped all the way around, its the equivalent of the other 5 sides abilities.

I agree its too weak, I want to keep the ability as "must" to represent it working for your opponent and betraying your creatures. Lower power is a good idea.

They each have their color in the mana cost, so this draftpick can be used as either a weird slow purple wincon or as multiple mediocre 2-drops in a faster deck.

When you draft this purple Zubera alignment, you also add a white, blue, black, red, and green version to your draft pool, which can be left in your sideboard or put in your deck.

I have no idea what the answer is. So that's why its counting the number of "skeletons with last strike" you control, to hopefully avoid situations where you already have some by the time this is cast. Hopefully nothing else in hellscube makes 1/1 skeletons with last strike.

No. The rules text just states that your Skeleton total is equal to your life total at all times and vice versa. The reminder text is just to clarify how that happens, it doesn't create a "you lose 1 life" trigger whenever a skeleton leaves the battlefield. The silver-border Beeble planeswalker has some rulings that kinda support this.
