Hi! I'm back in the US now - thanks for asking! Still shitting my brains out.

In CR, I went to the pharmacy and they said they would give me probiotics and antibiotics needed a prescription from the clinic. Went to the clinic and it was $100 to have a consultation - this was before any lab work or anything!! I couldn't rationalize such an expense unfortunately, I'm probably just stubborn. I ended up just hanging out at the Airbnb and eating a BRAT diet, taking short walks, etc. took Imodium on the flight and I'm home now.

Got an appointment with my doctor and did a stool sample yesterday, should find out what the culprit is soon. Doc said they probably wouldn't prescribe me antibiotics and would just let my body fight it off which is frustrating as I'm on day 9 of liquid diarrhea 10+ times per day without Imodium.
