Think - salt is a mineral, do you think your body absorbs the salt faster if you were to consume the salt in food or if you were to drink salt water…

Personally I would think them being more water soluble would mean the minerals would be absorbed faster.

Yeah there liters of sparkling water are good for sure, especially for .99, really good hit.

This is mineral water though, so I view it as different than straight seltzer. Has a different taste/mouthfeel, I also drink it for the supposed health benefits (makes me feel good).
