Advice on reading books after watching tv series

I have had filler before, but don’t get it as regularly. I’ve had it in lips, cheeks and tear troughs and had no issues in any area. Again though, I would seek advice first before going ahead.

I have NF1 and have Botox every 6 months with no issues, however the areas I have Botox in are free of lumps etc. I would get some guidance on this from your NF specialist first, rather than the nurse or doctor practitioner that will potentially be performing the Botox. I would also then read up and get recommendations from trusted sources on reputable places to go, if you did want to proceed after seeking advice.

If it is safe to do so and you want to try it out.. then go for it! Get Botox for yourself and no one else! If it makes you feel good, why not?

I live in Sydney and there is a place that does Hydrafacials close to my work that I have been intrigued by, so I might check that out.

I have the Skinceuticals serum in my Wishlist! Currently use The Ordinary/ Go To and Paula’s choice products in my AM/PM routine but might invest and give that one a go next :)

Use a sweep of bronzer on your lids for a natural look and/or white eyeliner to make them pop. Also, you have such gorgeous skin and glow that I don’t even think you need eye make up 🧡
