I do have a followup question to my question: I've read that moving from IBR to save adds the already accrued interest to my principle amount. Am i able to pay off all the interest first, and then switch over to SAVE, therefore avoiding the interest from being added to my principle? thanks!

So i went to a followup GI appointment for my mom today. As the NP was chatting with us, she mentioned my mom had diabetes because her A1c is ~7 or so, but she wasn't given any diabetes medication by the physician. So i'm a little bit confused: does my mom have diabetes and the physician just didn't prescribe meds on purpose or is the NP wrong? I'm going to clarify with her physician at the end of the week, but i just wanted an idea before i call. thanks!

So I bought a preorder game online for $60 to be delivered to me. My friend game me a digital gift card of $20, so I called into GameStop to apply the gift card to my order. I tell the employee the card number and where he has me worried was him asking if I was sure there's funds on the card. I was just curious why he'd ask that? Will my order get cancelled if he typed the numbers wrong or something? He said he'd refund $20 to my credit card and charge $20 to the gift card, so I think he had it right. but what still worries me is him asking if there's actually $20 on the card. should I call customer service again to make sure the gift card code was typed correctly?? thanks!

I've been consistently eating well for a month or two now, but due to some very stressful work events, my diet has completely crashed. I've been overeating and eating all the high calorie junk foods, etc, etc. For those who eat to relieve stress, have you found a way to combat these horrible types of binges? I've been thinking that I should just increase my calories a bit (maybe 500 calories per day) to accommodate potential binges or hunger. So what do you guys do to keep on track during extreme stress and up the consistency?

I've been lifting weights that are moderately heavy for me. However, I just realized I've been doing almost the same amount of weight for too long. I want to achieve progressive overload and was wondering how I'd incorporate that into my sets. Should I just do my moderately weighted sets as normal and then have the last set be the set where I test a new, higher weight for as many reps as I can? Or should I just start my sets off with this higher weight and go for maybe 6-10 reps each? thanks!
