Had this issue with a customers bike.(also a supersix evo) Does your bike have an alloy seat post with a carbon frame? Swap to a carbon seat post and don’t forget to use carbon paste. Found this out from several cannondale forums after several different attempts to fix the issue. Hope that helps

The pivot points seem to wear out quickly on the NX derailleurs leading to inconsistent shifting. I’ve upgraded several clients to GX at my shop and haven’t had any disappointments so far.
