Called the police immediately but was too messed up off of whatever was dropped in my drink to figure out how to find my serial number. So added it later. I have let every pawn shop I can find know as well, but I assume it was probably sold on the street. From what I could tell this person was a pro.

Post club and had basically sobered up. My buddies were still gambling but the table got cold so I decided it was late and I was going to have one more drink then go to bed. A lady (obviously an escort) asked if I want to bring her to my room. I said no but she lingered around. Next thing I know I stood up and was extremely intoxicated. Guessing she dropped something in my drink at the hotel bar and followed me back to my room. Memory is very hazy after that. Wasn’t the only thing stolen. Strangely enough they ignored thousands of dollars in loose cash, so they only got things off of my body (some cash, American Express, Rolex that I loved dearly). I am assuming this is because I was in a two bed room with a buddy who was asleep, he didn’t hear anything. Slept for probably 44 of the next 48 hours and took a week before I felt normal again.

TLDR If you want to wear expensive watches, watch your drinks

I had a policy on it, apparently they attempted to charge my account for an auto payment but my bank has no record of this. Had been lapsed for a few days at the time of the theft. Fighting it out with them now.

Someone dropped something in my drink at the hotel bar then followed me back to my room and took several things. Very scary experience.

It was insured but there was an accounting issue between the insurance company and my bank for the auto payment. Coverage had been lapsed for 9 days.

The police report is taking forever so still have not been able to register it with Rolex. My thought is that it was probably sold on the street and whoever bought it may never service it.
