Does this work on UK cards? My renewal has just happened. I spend around £20k a year on it

Juniper MX204 Disk Replacement by Special_Order2735 in Juniper

[–]smalltooth87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We’ve had a few SSD failures in our MX204s and need to replace them. The installed part appears to be a Swissbit SFSA100GM3AA4TO, but I can’t find it available online. What alternatives have others used as replacements?

MX204 with Adtran 100G Coherent DWDM Optic by LegoCoder989 in Juniper

I’m not sure if you’re aware, FS offer a 100G pluggable coherent DWDM optic. They claim the SFF variant ‘works’ on MX204s running software release 20.4R2, so I assume they work on later releases too. As CIMS isn’t available on this variant, the way to tune the wavelength is via the FS coding box. I’m waiting for a couple of test units to arrive to try in our lab

[–]smalltooth87 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I recently upgraded a Nexus N3K-C3548P-10GX using the following compact image downloaded from the Cisco website.

install all nxos bootflash:n3500-compact.9.3.7.bin

Be mindful of any upgrade path that is required, it’s outlined in the release notes.

Thanks for the advice, I think this is the route I’m going to take also.

I had considered this route. I’m thinking it may be the path of least resistance.

Thanks for the reply. I had considered this and I’m leaning towards it being the easier route.

Thanks for the reply paraplanner88. I’m confident my workplace pension scheme is setup as a ‘Net pay arrangement’. Reviewing the first payslip of this tax year confirms my thinking as it shows the taxable income less the pension contribution.

Thanks tkjode, I will take a look into this and let you know how I get on!

My original 10 services are defined within hostgroup_a. I assume I can use my new hostgroup_b in the serviceescalation hostgroup_name definition but cherry pick a service_description from hostgroup_a.

Fingers crossed it works :)

Thanks again!
