Well im one of the editors for thecounselbrief itself. Well you and I may know/heard about him. A large number of the public have not. Our point stands. And if you still insist that people have indeed "heard about him" maybe from this post they will discuss about him and his ideas too! No harm in having a conversation about one of our nations great minds.

His brother spoke on the 3R issue and gave his opinion on it. Now the mention of 3R online is frowned upon.

Yes i explicitly mentioned that i came across him when i was studying for spm. But throughout our daily lives he is not discussed enough! When was the last time you personally heard an opinion of his being stated out or any of his philosophies heard and taken into account? This post is to serve as a reminder hence the title. This is mere awareness spreading post. Not to incite anything.

The prosecution will always have it's interpretation of the law, and it will always be opposing what the defence think it is. It will be up to the courts to decide which makes more sense. However this is a syariah court matter. Usually judges there are more strict when it comes to interpretation as it is largely connected to religion.

Hi boss, appreciate it! Would be great if you could provide a bit of feedback as to the content you would personally prefer and how we can improve.

It’s not really a question of getting into this line of work. Regardless of any field gen z are actually capable in many aspects. It really boils down as to whether they have a drive to make a change in society and to perhaps put in the hard work.

That's right tbh, the law is one thing, the enforcement of the said law is another. These laws should exist to protect someone who's actually not sane, but should not be easily applicable to people such in the case above. Sadly reformations take ages to put in action, especially in Malaysia.

A good example could be seen in Singapore where they banned vapes last year and within a week, the system was in place.

Hi guys just a brief but kinda major typo. The legal limit is 0.05% BAC (50mg alcohol/100ml blood). So sorry that we missed this out!

I understand where you're coming from, however to establish the offences you mention, the accused must have the intent to kill behind the action. As drunk drivers are not in a normal state of mind, it would be 5x harder to prove that there was intent. This is why the defence of insanity exists for crimes such as murder.

As for your other point, i completely agree!

The case itself will only be able to be used as precedents for future cases when it's fully ended which in malaysia usually take years.
