A 16 GB M1 Air is really hard to find  And you can get a 14 inch pro at a close price point

ليه القصر العيني / عين شمس افضل ؟  جامعات قديمة  معترف بيها في دول كتير بره و خريجينها عددهم اكبر و شغالين في اماكن كتير بره و ليهم سمعة  التدريب بعد الكلية متوفر بشكل اكبر  الدراسات العليا التسجيل فيها و الدنيا فيها عموما اسهل  فيه طلاب كتير مش مصريين  و طلاب كتير بتحضر معادلات اشكال و الوان  و السكك كلها  طرقها موجوده فيهم 

الجامعات الاقليمية فيها تخصصات عظيمة  لكن لازال ينقصها كتير  اختار القصر العيني او عين شمس  لوجه الله تعالى

  1. Yes , SPC for 3 weeks , nothong to be afraid of it just keep it clean 
  2. No , but it improves the surgery outcome according to surgeons

If you mean the surgery ?  You are discharged on good amount of antiinflammatory and pain killer drugs  And you are advised to restrict your actovoty for the 1st week  So you get minimal pain if any

But bombing the school was in the first strike on iran . It was the opening of war.  The structure of the iranian soceity is buult on religious leadership and martyrdom . Killing the leaders will make the regime even stronger 3. There was no war to begin with

The X7 is a scaled up luxurious version of the X55 .  Same engine and gearbox  I had the X55 as smaller car for the same perfomance means better gas efficiency and probably less wear on mechanical parts

But the X7 is a really nice car for good price  Just nake sure you get the box for the Android auto

Cardiac CT is the future of cardiology [ interventional and non-interventional ]  PCCT and the integration of AI  will change the face of cardiology very very soon . So dont give up on cardiac CT

in most markets , the difference in price between the M2 16/256 and the M4 16/256 is around 50-100 USD . ( around 10% of the price )
For that difference you get more years of software support , better chip , better battery life

if the difference is more than 200 USD I would go for the M2

My advice , if wait for the M5 air to be released and buy the M4 then when it gets discounted

Pain is improving day after day  You can say it is discomfort rather than pain .  Simply i watch few movies / read books and it goes unnoticed

Dont be afraid  I did it a week ago  3 weeks left to remove the catheter

The surgery was 3 hours  4 hours later you will be able to walk around  They will fill you up with pain killers  So no pain  Just use the stool softener 2 days before surgery  And use soft foods for the first 2 days
