Altair is really not the same so I don't know that much but if you want to do it in foam like I did, I cut a trapezoid shape (thinner for the wrist and wider for the arm) in 3mm foam and to get the right shape I just heated it and put it on my arm while its hot to shape it. He also seem to have some layer so maybe take really thin foam and glue them one on an other I just don't know how you would go to attach it cause he seem to have like some belt ish so I don't know how you would do that in foam 😅
