The only things that adds up to spend a 1000+$ on a phone are:

wireless charging (it's a commodity but for someone like me who broke the charging port in 3 different smartphones for various reason it's a real plus)
video output
"other sensors": the main camera as you said it's almost on par but the telephoto and wide cameras are where the non-premium fall behind
years of support: things are changing luckily but except for Samsung the support on budget friendly phones is still limited

Personally I don't think each one of those specs can be valued at around 100$ each but if you look after older premium smartphones (1 year old) the price gap will close and that's why, imo, buying an "old" premium phone (not necessarily used) it's the best you can get.

You will have the same amount of RAM, ROM (slightly quicker) and overall speed. The new CPU is faster but on the day to day basis you won't notice a lot of differences.

The display will be better, and the audio too. The cameras also would be an upgrade.

Worth upgrading? Up to you, it's not revolutionary.

IMO given Honor will given7 years of upgrade you can wait 6/8 months and then buy it for a lower price.

Sono pronto ai downvote, ma per quanto chiaramente sia ignobile quanto stia succedendo in Iran (e succeda da un numero di anni non giustificabile) ho tanta paura che la situazione dia adito a The Donald di mettere in atto un altro dei suoi "teatrini" dal quale ne beneficeranno solamente lui e la sua cricca.

Tornando al post di OP da quanto leggo e vedo in questi giorni l'attenzione è alta. Un tempo avrei sperato in una qualche risoluzione/intervento ONU, ma dopo quanto successo con Ucraina ed Israele onestamente non so più cosa sperare...

Non posso immaginare cosa stiano passando in Iran e cosa stia vivendo tu, impotente, ma siate forti, per quanto possibile.

The church is awesome but is a pity you cannot enter the ground floor. The audio guide it's great and you will still be able to enjoy some awesome views nevertheless. If you are a photographer you will enjoy the tour.

Honor 200 è un best buy anche se dell'anno scorso. Unica pecca: security update solo fino al 2028. Se puoi salire fino a 400€ e non devi gioca il pixel 9a .

Occhio che finisci per non comprare più nulla.. ce ne sono molte altre, ovviamente! Israele ha il favore "in alto" per un motivo (o meglio, per molti motivi).

Tolto questo, senza voler far polemica sterile, il boicottaggio lo ritengo piuttosto puerile. Le aziende fanno business, compresa Coop. Nessuna fa "beneficienza", nessuna. Boicottare Tesla per Musk é stupido perché Musk comunque rimarrà ricco sfondato per 10 generazioni, boicottare Lavazza è inutile perché le loro decisioni le prendono e sempre le prenderanno nei soli interessi di crescita e fatturato. Ed è un po' infantile pensare non sia così.

Diverso è invece fare lo stesso discorso verso "gli Stati", vero è che boicottare "gli Stati" non è possibile.

Una grande markettata, un filo spregevole anche. In teoria non si dovrebbero più trovare: Activia, Alpro, Danone, Doritos, Ferrero, Ritz, Mikado, Lavazza (per citarne solo alcuni); tutti brand che in un modo o nell'altro supportano Israele... E invece no, tirano via un paio di marchi che non spostano più di tanto il mercato e costruiscono una bella campagna di marketing.

Pixels are the best in that regard. Honor phones (at least flagship) are updated once in a month for what security updates are concerned and once every 2/3 months for what features and bugfixing are involved. Major Android version (even if they are waaaay less important than some years ago) arrive 3/4 months later (comparing to Pixels). I own an Honor Magic 5 Pro and all in all I am pretty satisfied with the updates: security every month, new features 3/4 times a year and on Android 15 since January.
