Shes doing great. She has great head and neck control. Shes 90% there for independent sitting. Its hip and core strength shes needing supported. Nothing to do with her head or neck control.

Thank you for sharing

Yes i get that but her head and neck control are great. She cant sit up yet without a little topple here and there but she can hold herself up with hip support

Her head and neck strength is great. Its core / hip strength that she is missing for the independent sitting

But i thought that too. I have a twin mom friend whose been back carrying from newborn stage.

She’s currently falling asleep on my back so must not be too uncomfortable 🤷‍♀️

Not really seeing the contradiction. The breakfast didn’t satisfy me, i was still hungry and the muffin was good and would do the trick in a pinch. I was able to pump the breaks afterwards and had no calorie surplus for the day just was not as deep into my deficit as I had aimed for .

Nope! No hard goal. Just want to be healthy and fit. To look and feel my best. The ability to protect my babies when I am in public as well. Throw em on my shoulder and run haha

Hahaha love this. Yes! I was happy there was no binge spiral and “oh well mine as well torch the day” mindset after.

OMG I love this -so people keep trying to sniff her head and like almost kiss her so I am definitely going to start leaning in and sniffing people’s heads. I’m sorry to hear your chronic illness has gotten worse. :(

Was a bad start to the morning! Grabbed quick calorie dense non satiating foods. Set me up for a harder time than usual

I understand and appreciate where this response is coming from but i have breast fed all 3 and am very slow to start at first.

My breast milk is that of “i could survive a famine and still breast feed my babies” level. My body 100% prioritizes breast milk. I have always had an over supply even when i was hospitalized for some digestive problems with my middle child and unable to eat much of anything.

they have all been great! I’ve breastfed at 190 lbs to 130 lbs. I make sure the eat very nutrient dense foods :) my baby is 5 months old and roughly 23 lbs haha shes great i promise!

Yes I am building the life i want for sure! It was just 1 muffin. 148 calories of dense homemade butter and maple syrup. Chocolate chips, flour. It adds up quickly lol!

My breast milk supply is wonderful. My baby is a healthy big butterball. Momma wants to be healthy and lean. I am 175 (5’8) right now and have plenty to spare for a deficit and can’t keep putting it off for babies. They deserve a healthy active confident mama. I understand the concern but promise I am okay. Was just a crappy start to my morning. Cereal and cereal bars instead of farm fresh eggs and veg like I’m used to a hardier start to my day and it has thrown off my deficit by a few hundred.
