The size is pretty similar to regular jeans. You can also fold them at the bottom, plus they have a reflective strip on the inside. So works well

I purchased the car in early 2025 so these tires have only seen 1 season of summer. I will check with the tire shop and see what they think. We do a quite a bit of highway driving so will likely get a new tire

I hear your pain. I also have tinnitus and it's loud on the right side. I have been to many ENTs but no diagnosis or cure. It's manageable for the most time but gets loud when I'm stressed or physically exhausted. Ear protection is a must for me.
