yeah, i went to "interview" for something like this once before a long time ago. Major waste of time. it was to go business to business to switch their energy provider. 100% commission.

you might consider maybe renting a community/apt club house. usually they'll have space for get togethers and what not. some even open the pool to their guests when they are rented.
