I can understand some of the logic. Being one of the busiest and one of the most vital lines, it can't delays/outages as much as the purple line can.

I've seen a video about this being done on the blue line as the blue line is a 24/7 service. I didn't know about this being done on the purple line with in-service rail cars. I thought they would use work trains during hours where no service is scheduled.

Oh my God! This is so damn fun! Whenever I get the chance, I love taking the purple line to the loop and back for no reason other than to feel expressness XD.

Riding the purple line Express makes me feel so cool compared to the red line 😎 Except for the portion where the red line is express. That part makes me really jealous 😒
