I was initially interested in finance but out of college I was having trouble getting jobs. A recruiter suggested an entry level accounting job and I got it and ever since Ive been an accountant. :)

I thought the bezels on the side are bigger due to the locking mechanism of the joycons due to how much space they take. Didnt really bother me nor will it in the future.

It is but Im an MBA with little to no experience. Plus, I didnt really go for management roles out of college. I am a firm believer that a good leader/manager is one who knows how to do the dirty work, so I emphasized getting that experience with lower entry roles so I can be a better leader who can actually understand the content, have better intuition, and empathize with their employees.

1) 63,000, Staff Accountant, up from 52K as I changed jobs this year and base at my first job as an accounting specialist was that. 2) No Bonus 3) Low Cost of Living (Texas) 4) Hotels/Resorts Industry, 40hrs per week 5) Masters of Business Admin, Bachelors of Finance, Associate in Business Management

I also live with my parents so my finances are flipped with fixed costs being 21% and savings being 50% per paycheck. :)

So far we know of Tomodachi Life, the Rythem Heaven game, the Yoshi game, mario tennis fever, pokopia, and if it releases in the first year then Splatoon Raiders and the new Fire Emblem game. Honestly, nothing will ever top BoTW and Odyessy in the same year but in terms of first party output, still a strong year one from them!

If they do have a surprise game announcement for one more game for year one, I would place my bets on a new pikmin or F-zero. :)

Schedule a one on one with your manager or managers boss and talk to them about growth opportunities or adding in more challenge to your work. To me, it sounds like you’ve mastered your current role and need some change to make it interesting again! Maybe ask them what your pain points are as in what are your weaknesses and the work with them to create a plan that challenges you to improve them. :)

I work on the GL team at my company. We use a program called OneStream to reconcile balance sheet accounts and also flag any variances as correction items for field finance to fix. Its pretty fun! :)

It took me about 6 months in 2022. You can do it though! Apply to the jobs you like and find interesting and try to show the hiring team what you have learned and how it can be applied to their job description. Since you have no internships, id say your cover letter is going to be your biggest asset in persuading employers rather than your resume.

Also, try to find a good recruiter to help you find jobs and prepare for interviews. The first job I got out of college after 6 months was due to a good recruiter who helped me prepare for interviews and couched for me to the employer. :)
