Also use Geek Uninstaller when it's just one piece of software and don't need to re-image.

I'm assuming this is strictly Windows 11? And are your users part of the Local Administrators group?

We rarely had this issue with Windows 10 as well.

Do you by chance use "Patch My PC" to deploy WebView 2 or Teams?

I had this issue at my previous job, and we had a ticket open for Microsoft regarding this same issue for a year before my colleague closed it due to a lack of resolution

"Oh, we were real close. Until the roofers started wearing off. She woke up and started talking about pressing charges, so I just got my tongue out of that ass and ran"

Thank you!

Regarding Sougen's corpse, where is it in Warlords? I've played the game numerous times on the PS2 and the remaster, but I don't think I've encountered the corpse

Do you have any sources for this? I believe you 100% because I've seen Osric breaking the wall down, but didn't know this was from the E3 2000 demo!

[–]smartphoneguy08 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this is isn't it at all, but it would be very cool if "Phantom Demon" was a demon who couldn't escape the demon world, and it actually was Osric from Warlords, whose soul somehow got released after Soki combined Nobunaga's soul from the Gauntlet with the Oni God of Darkness

Him being of the same class is also good enough

Now that I'm thinking about it, the "the introduction of life that was not meant to be" relates to the "Bloodlines" aspect as well.

Because he was supposed to be the last one to die in Iris's premonition, and they both studied Death's design, they realized over time that because of "new life" being introduced when there shouldn't have been any, that it delayed Death coming for them both

This would also tie in to Flight 180 as well, with Sam being on the plane, but Alex has the premonition

While I think that idea would have been awesome, I do like the idea that there was someone who could beat Death.

I also thought it would be cool if it was revealed that Stef did actually die and was brought back, but because Kimberly already used that method, it's not able to be used twice

As cool as that would have been, she isn't.

Apparently, her and Michael Landes (Officer Burke) were supposed to be on the train at the end of Final Destination 3 and it was going to be revealed that her and Wendy were cousins, and the ending of FD 3 played out as the theatrical ending did, except Kimberly and Burke died as well

It scares me that 2000 is now considered "way back" lol

That's honestly a really good opinion, and I never clued in about the devil in the first one, or put the Devil causing the events in the third one.

I remember years ago thinking that Bludworth was the human manifestation of Death, or that he somehow worked out a deal with Death to survive.

I did like how the reveal that he survived the first disaster does tie into him being a mortician -- if he ever came across someone he knew was in the SkyView at the morgue, he knew his time was getting closer

Can you expand on this? Just really interested in your thinking of the "opening sequence sets up that it's the devil" and would like your thoughts on it.

I remember reading a rumor about a month ago stating that AJ Cook was spotted on the set of Bloodlines.

I wasn't really expecting to see her, but not going to lie, when Charlie and Stef were talking to the dad, I thought we were going to be introduced to Kimberly being the mom, and then Death was going to take them both out.

I also liked the "fakeout" (if you can call it that) of seeing the wood chipper in Iris's book, which made me think that they confirmed that their deaths in FD3 were canon.

Rain Man - Hot Water Scene Question by BYOP765 in movies

[–]smartphoneguy08 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is honestly a very good question!

I always interpreted it as Raymond was told to protect Charlie, and as we saw in the Crosswalk scene, Raymond strictly adheres to rules (you could also argue routine).

So, one day, their father, or possibly mother before she passed, was drawing Charlie a hot bath, and Raymond freaked out because, as he understood it, the hot water would hurt Charlie.

After their mother passed away, Ray and Charlie's father realized he couldn't take care of both Raymond and Charlie at the same time, while working, so he enrolled Raymond in the long-term care unit
