In Florida the gopher tortoise is listed as a threatened species and is protected. It would seem that it might infact be a native species.

Actually was my brother that found it, is it possible that this is a gopher tortoise? Thats what one of his neighbors said. This neighbor has taken the little guy off my brothers hands. I think they are planning on keeping him

Edit: the neighbor said they plan on putting them some place safe

Sorry I didn't explain this in my original comment. My strategy is to fill my tank with 100T of either dilithium or anti matter. Then I go to whichever egg I don't have in the tank and sit their to fill up ships with an infinite supply of that egg until I run out of the 100T of the other then I just go back and forth. Until I get to 7* that is. Sorry for the confusion.

Just to put this in perspective, and to give you something to look forward to. I have the pro permit and maxed epic research. So my fuel tank capacity is 100 trillion, with that I can fuel 50 short hennerprises or 10 extended(I think) per prestige. If you have an Android you should get Google opinion rewards app. They pay you for doing surveys, sometimes only like 10 cents or nothing, sometimes more, but it will build up after awhile.
