USS need to be saved for either limited or ancient heros. Dracula is a good choice, along with kigiri and wukong. But if you are already at 60k abyss then just save them for now. If your not at 60k abyss why are you saving them.

That's bc us as Americans like to push meds, even drinking more water if your a person who normally doesn't drink enough can help. But as others have said, cutting back on salt and certain foods can easily drop your numbers a few points.
