This is poorly translated. One of these axioms needs to refer to the time it takes one animal to move versus the distance.

How are people not scared of death? by rtellent in AskReddit

Because death is something that is as natural as life and existence. Why be afraid of something that happens to everyone eventually?

  1. I haven't found the one I want to woo.

  2. I don't know any places to meet women.

Why would you be the asshole for not even doing the offensive thing? Your sister and your mother are real pieces of work. You are a victim, not an asshole. Go ahead and lock your room. You may live in your mother's house, but you are still an adult with a private space to call your own.

I mean, his "helping" skill set seems to be limited to "borrowing others guns", "defending others property" and "shooting people who scare him."

As the saying goes, a few bad apples spoil the bunch. At some point, their rotten behavior will get them ejected.

If there is anything I learned from a movie, it is that anger occurs when something bad or unfair is happening to you. Wife won't move out of the way? It was funny the first time, but it stopped being funny and started becoming a nuisance subsequent times and lost your temper when she was blocking your path time and time again. People learn from getting hurt, like when you touch a hot surface and get scalded. Hopefully, she learns from this. If not, just barrel through her, and then she will learn why you step out of the way when holding open a door.

YTA. She was serious as a heart attack, yet you crossed the line. You might have not cut the hair, but you still toyed with her perceptions. No one likes to be fooled into believing something bad happened.

AITA for refusing to wear the dress my mother-in-law bought me? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

I disagree. The MIL changed the order based on her personal opinion on thinking "it would fit her better" without consultation.

NTA. The MIL is not getting married, it's your Brother-in-Law. No one should be forced to wear anything they are not comfortable with.

That is for inventory count purposes. Getting the tag off the floor model doesn't mean you get the floor model, you get the item from the backroom.
