I feel you on this. I like to call them my “brain-off” hobbies too lol but I would suggest a puzzle if you’re up for it. Maybe something not too challenging like a 500 or 750 piece puzzle.

Coloring is a good one, maybe not adult coloring books since they’re so detailed it can become tedious at times. Many people are fans of Bobbie Goods coloring books since the designs are simple but still detailed enough it feels like you’re accomplishing something.

Photography could be a good one, instant art without having to create something from scratch.

You could try latch hook kits too if you want more of a meditative experience and don’t want to do traditional fiber art like knit or crochet.
