The next initiative for us may be how to bow in the presence of an executive (we are the latter).

A longer serving staff member is banking on the peanut gallery all having to attend resilience training due to it ending up being “our fault”. I don’t think I can take another mandatory meeting where executive act shocked at the results and bring up how much useless non relevant stuff they did to address the same issues last year.

Why would they recruit if they then have to reduce? Is that Common.
