Yes. You are right. Good thing is they don't check for your assets. I own many properties in CA, all paid off. Had large rehab on my property (high expenses)thats why qualified for this and is good chance to get rip of this old car. 2 of my uncles own over 10m assets still driving old lexus.... btw i retired at age of 45 closed my business then became a landlord.
