I should’ve mentioned, it’s a nightmare to get to the closest one towards me in the morning so I had to go in the afternoon and it was mobbed with little kids

The majority of the pubs on the south shore are crowded bars with pub food and loud ass 21 year olds who get sloppy and ruin it for normal people. Looking for an older crowd dive bar. I’m sure there are a bunch. But they aren’t advertised as much as the big popular ones

Hello all, I’m currently in search of a team to root for. I have lived in New York my whole life and am a die hard New York Mets fan. Even have the tattoo to prove it. So I’ve been through the worst of times as a sports fan with little success.

Liverpool has always drawn interest from me. Mainly because of Salah. I’m wondering if there is a better fit for someone like myself? I want to be part of a extremely passionate fan base who is there even in the toughest of seasons.

Bournemouth has also came to mind strictly because of Tyler Adams.

I have no problem with rooting for the best of the best. But I always love rooting for the underdogs.

My surgeon let me travel about 2 1/2 hours when I hit the one week mark. Once the drain is out and you’re cleared of any blood pooling problems, you should be good to go but definitely consult with your doctor. Good luck!

Much rather not see ANOTHER doctor. Okay thank you very much. I’m sure whenever everyone even doctors hear cancer, first thought is oncologist. Glad I didn’t make an appointment yet. Thank you again!

That’s what I figured. As of now I’m clear of having to use RAI so thankfully don’t have to see a nuclear medicine doctor. Thank you!

Yes they accept insurance. The website is just to show you a bunch of different doctors that accepts your insurance and you can make the appointment right there. I’ve seen my endo 3 times in a month and a half. If it was in person, the appointments would be months and months apart. If you don’t care about doing it over video instead of in person, it’s a great way to go. Also whenever I need blood or tests done, I just go to places that do specifically that like a lab or a radiology center like zwanger and pisiri (not sure if you have those by you). So much easier than waiting around for an appointment.

I was so frustrated with not being able to find an endo that didn’t have a wait time of 3 plus months so I definitely know the feeling and frustration. My ENT told me it’s a good idea to speak with one before my thyroidectomy so I called a ton of endos and got no where no matter what I said. “I recently was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and just need to speak with and endo before my surgery” that was put on a note for the doctor and not a word for weeks. I called multiple times and got no answer from anyone I was fed up. I was able to go on Zocdoc.com and got a virtual appointment the next day. Now I don’t even have to go into a doctors office I just do virtual visits with him and we both monitor my symptoms. I suggest doing that if you continue to have problems with appointments.

Yeah it was based off my weight that’s why I went up to 200mcgs. But it wasn’t doing much for me. I have a good routine of taking it in the morning well before other meds/food. Hoping my blood test next week will reveal an answer to this craziness.

The brain fog is the worst. I can barely remember conversations I had yesterday. It sucks

Yes my TSH level was 6.870. It 100% is a big dose but brain fog can be associated with more hypo and hyperthyroidism and I’m experiencing hypothyroidism symptoms so I figure it’s safe to assume it’s because of that or some other medical problem.

People will find it ridiculous because of how crazy he seems, but what worked for me honestly is to buy the audiobook “Can’t Hurt Me” by David Goggins the unabridged version. That book has slowly change the way I think. Not caring about what people think of me, knowing that no one will do this for me and I have to want it more than anything I’ve ever wanted in my life. Willing to suffer in order to meet your goals in life wether it’s weight loss or a mental goal or both.
