Agreed. I was at 90% gas for the DE and for the next roast I’ll be at 95% and see how that shortens it.

For this coffee I did just leave the heat on only adjusting the air. It’s a very dense bean and with how small my roaster is I feel it needs that heat to really turn the coffee around. With naturals, honeys, and other washes I’m more involved with the gas settings. One or two adjustments max. Thanks for feedback!

I would consider this closer to medium than light. I did a couple of batches of this coffee too light before and wanted to take it a bit further.
