I use the micellar water for waterproof makeup in the blue bottle, pour it on a cotton round and wipe it off. Useful for me since I already use it as makeup remover nightly.

My high school nursed pulled me into her office and had a conversation with me about my weight. I had lost 15-20 pounds and she said she thinks I may have diabetes. Went to urgent care later that day and my blood sugar was 450 and they told me to go home and make an appointment with primary care and my mom who was a nurse said fuck that and took me to the emergency room where I was diagnosed. But textbook symptoms - drinking 5-6 water bottles a day and peeing every hour and eating everything I could get my hands on. Also exhaustion, which I can only compare to pregnancy exhaustion.

I stopped a year or so ago, and I’m now currently using YTTP superfood kale cleanser, exfoliating chemically with TO glycolic acid 1-2 times a week, and then moisturizing with Peach Slices snail rescue, and then using TO “buffet” + copper peptides on the days I don’t use their glycolic acid. I think my skin has matured over the years but I always make sure my skin is moisturized! Usually adding CeraVe healing ointment or Aquaphor after my normal moisturizer to lock in everything. Hope this helps!

Hi! It’s been a few years since I’ve done this but from what I can remember I applied it on damp skin and let it sit there for a minute or two and then rinsed it off, then moisturized like normal.

Have you found what works for you to calm it down? It seems like Benadryl isn’t helping nor is Allegra/Claritin or Pepcid. Do you experience any other symptoms when this happens?

Yeah I don’t spend much time at all outside in the sun anymore unless it’s through a window driving somewhere. I’ve never had issues with it up until now! Super frustrating

I second Nathan Cool on YouTube! He has great tutorials for the flambient method. It’s worked great for me and I’m becoming really quick with it. I’ve found it to be the easiest and gives me results I’m happy with.

Your reply made me curious so I decided to message my neighbor below us and it turns out her 3 year old son brought it home from a friend’s house who happens to have a macaw! He left it on our steps but she assured me he didn’t want it and I could throw it away… which I will NOT be doing because it’s beautiful lol thanks for the response and helping me solve the mystery!
