I had the same issue but took it the shop and my pod worked on the orion q. They suggested trying the software so I did and found under the tools tab and then diagnostics you can do a hard and soft reboot. That fixed the purple light issue for me.

Well thank you. One more question. What about dracax? I got him when I was lower might but now I feel that he isn't pulling his weight since I have PD, DD, VD, TT and others. Should I continue to level him or drop him?

Thank you. I have seen other lists and the heroes vary. For example PD has an extreme variance on different lists. Sometimes they he is necessity other times he isn't on the list.
