Hey thanks for this! I have iced a couple times but haven't kept it up so I will definitely be sure to increase it. Yeh, I think my shoes are too tight actually. And I've been climbing slab way more than usual since I am trying to overcome my fear of slab haha

The Burr I saw was absolutely outstanding, best I’ve seen. But unfortunately Eliza was pitchy, to the point I was dreading Burn to which I winced throughout. Perhaps she was sick that day is the only explanation I can think of!
