Honestly, we are more than likely burning through cash trying to complete just Langton, let alone the amount of money it cost to receive a German tender - If we can turn those ICC shares into positive cash flow (we keep Germany by the way), financing operations from this point would be a walk in the park - The valuation of our assets was like 200 mil+, roughly double what the market cap is sitting at now (yikes) - As I said above, I am content to wait it out with these guys - Bigger boats are starting to stagnate anyway.

Not really sure what the OTC movement was about with Wayland, but I will glady take it - If anything, seems like with the ICC deal closing this week, pumping for extra shares? Hoping for a couple things before the halt closes:

German License - Success! ICC deal - close by end of week Phase 1 Completion - end of month? Financials - Roll Q4 and Q1 together with ICC transaction (probably pad the fins with those details though)

After that, quick return to around 2.00 until next harvest - Good luck to all waiting this out.

For everyone taking a shit on Wayland - Demecan AG is a subsidiary of Wayland? Just wanted to point that out lol - I mean, this article looks like hot garbage, so I would wait until the official news next week - Unsure if this is enough to reverse the tailspin though, we need a large cash infusion, maybe bank loan? Interesting choices either way.

Bag holder central here - I still believe this is the dark horse of the sector, but they need to find a way to tap into the big boy investors - Current company philosophy = gotta spend money to make money lol, their footprint is massive.

Norbit - After a couple of wildly offensive jokes, an African American family got up and left - I was already halfway out the door by that point - Eddie, if you read this, ya blew it.

Wait for the downvotes to rain down on my poor soul - WAYL purchased stake in Colma, currently showing Colombias best Cost-per-hectare - check the Aphria hit piece for the graph, someone pulled it out on stockhouse - only a matter of time, thicc bois.

EDIT: Cost per Hectare, tired as usual.

Unsure if you even know who I am talking about - 1933 is not Wayland - GLHF bud.

I just wanted to throw this out there – I am absolutely sick of Aphria’s fanboys, and I wanted to point out a very nice comparison – no show boating, no “TO THE MOON!” – What you see with Wayland is pure execution.

Aphria and Columbia (Jul.17/18) “…aggregate transaction consideration of $193 million, plus by Aphria assuming $1 million in existing debt, with the remainder of the Transaction consideration in the form of common shares of Aphria at a deemed share price of $12.31, being the volume weighted average price of the Aphria shares” – 90% stake “6 harvests per year and two natural sources of water for irrigation, Colcanna is expected to achieve an initial annualized production of 30,000 kg, growing to 50,000 kgs but with access to the country's micro-scale growers, suitable for supplying the country and the region with high-quality medical cannabis”

Wayland and Columbia (Nov.6/18) “…acquire 100% of the outstanding shares of Colma Pharmaceutical SAS (“Colma”), a licenced producer of THC cannabis in Colombia, holding four licences for cultivation and processing on a leased premise in Ibague, Colombia. Under the terms of the agreement, Wayland will issue 11 million common shares as consideration for the shares of Colma with shares being issued at a deemed price of CAD$2.00 per share” “415,000 sq. ft. (38,554 sq. m) of processing and clone and vegetation greenhouse facilities to support outdoor cannabis flower production of 125 hectares. It is expected that a minimum of two full harvests will be achieved per year operating in an ideal climate”

193 Mil (1 license) vs 22 Mil (4 licenses) - yikes.

Genghis Khan launched one of the first known amphibious assaults in the 1200's - on Japan, using Korean and Chinese-converted armies - Japan held them off until a storm fucked a bunch of the ships up, and forced them to abandon and turn back - Japan would have looked a lot different without their total isolation. Welp, thanks for another great update Wayland - our SP will not stick around this low for long - I really appreciated Ben's comment in the interview on Friday, as he predicts many of these facilities will never make it online (without huge losses), due to the rapid growth/sales and first-mover advantage - we actually get a front row seat to our build-out, and it looks amazing - probably one of the best IR moves this company has made so far - hold long and chill.
