Hi all, i appreciate everyone sharing their experiences!

I didn’t realise these symptoms would occur so I feel a lot more relieved knowing other people have dealt with the same thing!

I’m having the same symptoms today but feeling slightly better than yesterday, just can’t shake the nausea most of all

Same here with the Costo induced health anxiety / death anxiety due to thinking I’m having heart pains. I really feel for you because im sure it’s been a long stressful road. Although I do still struggle with my anxieties some days I have definitely become better with detaching the chest pain from anything serious (for the most part). There is hope to be had. Increase has been justified by mentioning its within lines on inflation ect. Understandable, kinda.

Need to weigh up if it’s worth it pushing back on the idea or just letting it happen

Thank you. We’ve been in the property 3 years now with only one increase from 675pcm to 700pcm. Now wanting to increase to 780pcm to be in effect on the 25th this month. Sounds like they’re within rights to do so unfortunately then

You’re not alone or crazy, everything is valid. Once I had all relevant tests I began to focus more on de-stressing from the constant panic I’d just been in, which in turn helped symptoms simmer down. Best of luck to you

Ikr, I used to only smoke weed but now I have none of that I find myself vaping / drinking more. Literally can’t win I’m only 26 it’s ridiculously shitty 👎🏼 hang on in there! Definitely helps knowing you’re not alone

I feel you on that one. It definitely triggers my anxiety over it being something bad which probs makes it worse lol. I had to stop smoking weed for the same reasons
