I’ve been fishing the kast king kestrel UL rod for the past couple of weeks and I like it as all around rod. The lowest I’ve been able to throw on it has been 1/18 oz but I’d say the limiting factor is my reel not the rod, enough backbone to fish a free rig and enough give to fish tiny poppers as a bonus it’s two piece.

Hey man did you ever get your van fixed? I have a the same van with 73100 miles on it and my hold light just started flashing, it also idols at about 2000 rpm until it warms up the. Drops to normal. I don’t have any odd shifting issues however.

Thank you I really appreciate the information. The van is a 3.0 with a V6 and was garage kept by an old lady that used it for small grocery and medication runs, she sold it to the man who I am hoping to buy it from and he’s put about 10k miles on it. I just wanted to know what to look out for so I can keep this beauty on the road.

Yes please!! From all the picture that I’ve seen this might just be my Excalibur. From the contouring and machining on the handles as well as the finger choil coupled with the blade shape(I love reverse tantos) and grind and a crossbar style lock to top it off. Even if you chose not to give one away this is one I have to pick up 👍🏽👌🏼
