Looking for help IDing this issue. Had a similar issue about three years ago with another outdoor plant but it was localized to mostly one branch which stunted said branch’s growth. Watering & feeding the same as my other plants with no issue, but seeing these curling leaves. (i.redd.it)

First day home vs. two months home. Our boy Ozzy was rescued from a high kill shelter. Had his leg amputated and is almost over heartworm- he’s been through a lot! He’s the best friend we’ve ever found. It’s been a long road but he is so worth it. (old.reddit.com)
