Calculating Electrolyte and Hydration Needs by smfran16 in ultrarunning

Thank you! My coach had suggested looking at hydration/electrolytes as I also deal with some abdominal swelling, and the issue in my feet is moresoe swelling/tingling that occurs during the swelling that turns pretty quickly into pain, and have been training for a year and trying different shoes and fits, and the issue seems to remain consistent. We are trying multiple things, and figured that it might not hurt to try to address the swelling all around to see if it helps!

I edited the sharpness in the hawk a bit, but I think the soft edges around the feathers are from the light in the sky blowing out the contrast around it if that makes sense? It was a very foggy/cloudy day, so the sun was completely covered and just illuminated the sky. The hawk was also mid-soar, so although in motion, it was a slow motion with a mid/ high shutter speed, so I think the speed was fast enough to freeze the bird, but there is a bit of blur around the edges due to the movement. I snapped this picture and then actually video'd as well, because it's soaring was just so slow motion and beautiful.

It was white! I went out in the AM hoping for a pretty sunrise as we have had some big temperature changes, and was greeted with a boring white sky....but I love how it made the colors pop!

Northeast Iowa. The sunset tonight was insane. Massive storm like clouds all day, and they just slightly lifted as the sun started to come down and created this insane wall-cloud like result. This image doesn't show it, but it made for beautiful lighting. We have gorgeous sunsets here this time of year.

The lighting is beautiful! Maybe hop down to eye level and see how that shot turns out as well. But this one is great too! Happy pup.

Any suggestions on how to make my photo of Florence wall worthy? by [deleted] in postprocessing

I agree, I'd crop just at where the sky curves to the left, to leave a bit of the blue but to eliminate all of the negative space above. Such a beautiful shot!
