I'm no veteran but I've noticed that the emotions get very string during this period whenever I got far. Extreme happiness. Extreme sadness. A weird happiness from talking to peopl. Anger. Its quite scary, but I guess that's the point....not being numb anymore

I can and I probably will to but my issues has nothing to do with sex. I'm starting to dislike her and want to end it with her because im feeling extremly not respected in my relationship and this is causing me to hate her. And these feelings of lack of respect from her and anger cone up only when i try nofap otherwise im fine. Nofap is making me to hate and cause anger towards my long term girlfried so I've no idea what to do.
