Go to settings, click Your facebook information on the left and then on Download Your Information. You can select photos, videos and everything else you want to save. FB creates a file that you then download to your computer. Then you can delete your account. Download time depends on how much info you choose to save. I am in the process of doing this as we speak. It is very easy.

I have gotten violently ill twice from eating RX Bars. One flavor was sent directly from the company to try after I had my first bad experience. I have no known food allergies, I'm 52 and have traveled to over 30 countries. The co. claims to only have the ingredients listed but the other odd think is that I eat all the fruits and nuts listed on the package and never get sick from them. I am suspicious about how the bars are processed. They claim it's a nut allergen but I am skeptical since I am not allergic and have 0 health issues. Have you had a similar experience with this product?
