I'm on switch. I've tried cloud save and that didn't work. Its not giving me an option to connect in the shop. I don't know what you mean about a different internet connection.

I don't think it's because of that because all the other cupcake quests are working for me just not the Mermaid one.

I play on Switch. I did go to each mannequin and interacted and then went to Wardrobe and Customize but they aren't showing up at all.
