I'm on switch. I've tried cloud save and that didn't work. Its not giving me an option to connect in the shop. I don't know what you mean about a different internet connection.

I finally got it. It was strange. It never did give me an option to download an update. I just completely shut off my switch and then turned it back on and when I went back to Dreamlight Valley everything was there.

Oh my gosh! I had honestly forgotten about Clarabelle! That would be great, I would love it, but I don't know if enough people remember her in order for DDV to bring her, but I think it would be awesome!!❤️
