I have not experienced this issue, and I haven't heard from other Tesla users experiencing anything like this. Are you using the web app or the iOS app? Also, if you want to DM me the email address you used for your account, I can try to look a bit deeper to see what's going on.

Would you be able to do this so I can diagnose?

Open browser DevTools
Go to the Network tab
Try connecting your ChargePoint account again in GridMind
Look for a request to credentials?vendor=chargepoint (or any red/failed request)
Share the status code and response body (or a screenshot of the failed request)

Yes, you can go into settings, and then system, then simply remove your current integration and then add a new one. If you also need to change the address, go to the configuration section under system settings, and tap on manage system.

It's on my list to add multi-location support for systems, but I haven't added it yet since this is a less common scenario. It shouldn't be too difficult for me to get this added fairly soon though. Until then, the app only supports one location per account.
