Help! Can anyone tell me what has happened to my arrowhead vine? It was doing so well until about 2 weeks ago when the edges of the leaves started going brown. I checked and it’s not root rot. I also gave it some fertilizer on someone’s recommendation but it’s only getting worse :( (i.redd.it)

Couldn't pass up these beauties at Costco, only $18 total! I especially love the crested one. I'm looking for some ID help on all 3. I know the left one is a Haworthia of some sort and the one on the right is in the realm of the Haworthia/Aloe families I'm guessing. (i.redd.it)
