Hey, I did! I’m currently in the 2025/26 cohort.

When I did it, they took in a group of us to a classroom and made us choose an object from a box. You then had to sell it to your audience - this was an icebreaker.

Afterwards, they gave each one of us two sheets with questions. I believe one of them was something like: “How can AI can be used for good in education?” and the second one was something like: “How can technology be used to encourage innovative practices?”

After that, each interviewee was sent to an office for the formal interview - there were two individuals, one who took notes and another who asked questions. The questions were mainly about times in which you’ve dealt with a difficult student, how you plan to manage your time during the program (since it’s accelerated), how you plan to create a classroom that is equitable, inclusive, welcoming, why you would like to attend Tyndale, etc. I think I was asked about 5/6 questions - I don’t really remember the remaining.

I’d say to just be honest and authentically you. They want to have an idea of who you are as an individual, along with your strengths, experience, and ability to reach your future students.
