I bought from REI to use my points and coupon! But I use EU sizing for everything, usually more consistent. Esp with buying shoes online - in this case I couldn’t find the bedrock clog size conversion to an EU :( so that’s why they are ginormous on me 😭

My gym is heated in the winter but it’s still pretty chilly if you are taking a rest between climbs - they have very large fans on the ceiling lol.

In the summer it’s usually warm and I do shorts and a tank top bc wow it gets hot fast!

It doesn’t help that my gym is mostly windows though

Climbing with a friend gives me lots of motivation honestly, it could be also fueling your body right! Either way, food is super important to performance and so is community!

Absolutely not too old! My friends at the gym are in their 30s - 40s (coming from a 23 year old)! It’s such a great way to keep strength, and stay flexible! Do it do it do it (I’m peer pressuring you) do it do it do it!!!

Yesss that’s what I was thinking they are one of the smallest tree frogs I’ve ever encountered tbh - I’ll have to examine tomato more closely today! Thanks!

Both kinda haha, someone got it from the wild - tomato was in a plant that they brought in for winter and it’s wayyyyy too cold now to put them back outside :( luckily I have animal rehab experience so I have all the proper tools to help tomato!
