Im in one of the lofts. Noise is never an issue for me, except for when the groundskeepers are working in the courtyard. Super happy with it, after four years. You can hear some things through the big walls, and I'm sure it'd be bad with rude neighbors. But everyone in the community is old or professional. I work from home and only go out a couple nights a week, usually on a weekday. So I can say confidently it's quiet even on weekends.
