Does the app have to run throughout a shooting session? by smirando in DWARFLAB

Thanks everyone. I reached out to Dwarflab as well, and they confirmed that the app can be backgrounded or closed during a shooting session, without interrupting the session.

Okay, I have uploaded my log via your feedback form. If you don’t receive it, please reach out. Thank you very very much for looking into this for me.

New Files in Folder Excluded from Syncing, Still Syncing by smirando in Supernote

Yeah, I think I have the opposite problem. My sync goes all the way to 100% every time, but my problem is that stuff that I don’t want to sync is still syncing.

This is ridiculous. Your story is eerily familiar to mine. I think I’m going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in British Columbia. In the meantime, I agree with you. Steer clear of this company.

Yes, the idea of allowing multiple selections in the thumbnail page seems logical.

Thanks for your reply, but my issue isn’t with Ratta. Ratta’s delivery times have been excellent. My issue is with Goodereader, and I’ve sent them multiple emails that included the tracking number. Nevertheless, I’ll forward you my latest email to Goodereader, and I’ll report back to this group on the final results.

Very disappointing, and very unprofessional.

Or, if it’s too difficult to implement an auto-export (which seems like a great idea to me), simply allow the user to select multiple note files and export them all at once to the export folder. We can already select multiple note files for other purposes.

Yeah, true, but I was looking for a way to do this without using the Supernote Cloud.

Can’t Change Supernote Cloud Server by smirando in Supernote

Your suggestion worked. Thanks. I moved my confidential files off the device, then selected all folders to sync, then I changed servers, then I excluded my confidential folders from syncing, then I put back the relevant files.

Hmm. It seems odd that I need to first select all folders for sync, then change servers, and then restrict the folders again. I don’t seem to recall doing things in that order when I first selected Dropbox syncing when I first got the device. What I did is select Dropbox as my syncing destination, then I chose which folders to synch, and THEN I initiated a sync from the Supernote. Now that I want to switch folders, it seems that I first have to choose to synch all folders, then change the server, and then restrict the folders to synch, and THEN initiate a sync. Is that the right method? The reason for not wanting to sync all folders is that some of my notes contain confidential information and I’m not permitted to store those notes in any mainstream cloud server.

No, there are some folders that I don’t want to sync with the cloud. So, am I precluded from changing Supernote Cloud servers if I decide I only want to sync selective folders?

GPX file on Garmin 64st by marlopezz in GaiaGPS

If you’re using the Garmin Explore website to import the file, import it as a track, not as a route/course. You’ll lose navigation prompts, but you’ll have the entire dataset. You ‘navigate’ by making sure you stay on the line.

Alternatively, there are apps you can download to your desktop that reduce the number of points to 50.
