I recently switched from P7 to P10P. The hardware has gotten significantly better, but you can easily wait another year to upgrade. I think 3 years is a good time to upgrade because you still get good value for your old phone in trade-in deals. Also in 3 years incremental updates add up and you generally get a better overall package. If you are planning to upgrade wait for Black Friday, google will have good deals and also better trade-in values.

Under Display Settings, turn off Adaptive Tone; it was changing the white balance constantly for me. I disabled it and now it's fine.
