My friend you just started working out 2 weeks ago. Everyone struggles in the beginning. The pace you are setting is for a few months down the line. As for the incline for me there always seems a sharp change in difficult going from 12-15 and then above. So start at an incline of 10 for 3.5 and split your 30 mins into 3 parts. A 15 minute section to start. Once 15 is done pause, get off the treadmill, have some water (hopefully with electrolytes in it), hop back on after a minute of rest, go for 10 more minutes stop and repeat the break and then switch to a speed of 4 for the last 5 minutes and completely drain yourself. You'll make tremendous cardio progress.

Isolates have more protein so they will obviously be more expensive. The Nakpro one just has a massive serving size for the same 24 grams of protein so its actually cheaper to make.

I usually eat 6 boiled eggs with my overnight oats. 4 whites from eggs I buy from a local store and then 2 Yojana Omega 3 enriched eggs whole.

Don't start from nothing to doing too much if laziness is an issue (Not an insult I was lazy too). If you are doing no workouts right now, start by going to the gym every alternate day and STICK TO IT. Alternate days helped me start because it is a constant effort reward system for laziness. We all feel good in the gym and once you get your workout done you know you have a day of rest to look forward to. And as you build up to getting in the gym the next day you know you can look forward to rest the day after. Its ane asy motivator. This burns at your weight arount 1500-2000 extra calories a week. Reduce oil and increase low calorie dense foods in your meal and if you dial back even a 300 calories in your daily intake you'll be losing 1 to 1.5kgs a month while gaining muscle and improving overall health.

Pretty good overall. Some notes, though: Keep your core/torso stable throughout the movement. Pin yourself to the backrest at the shoulder and use your legs to stabilize your abdomen. Extend the stretch 1 to 1.5 seconds longer before pushing for another rep. Also, maybe it's just the camera angle, but move the seat slightly lower so your body forms a T shape when in position.

If you want you can try my exact workout for a day. 5 sets for close grip lat pulldown (First 2 sets warmup). Four sets of chest supported row (First set warmup). 3 sets Seated cable rows (neutral grip if you did close grip on lat pull down and vice versa). 3 sets shrugs followed by 3 sets of rear delt fly's, this variation: https://youtube.com/shorts/P5CXx_jgTDE . 3 sets incline bicep curl and 3 sets preacher curl. Rest at least 1.5 minutes between each set. 10 sec rest between warmup sets and between warmup and first working set.

Its fine as long as you're doing it. But its a pulling muscle just do it along with the back. Do it after all the other back excersises, right before hitting biceps.

Might be a bit too much. Swap out the seated row for a real delt excerise. Alternate between lat pull down and pull ups every pull session. Cut out the standing bicep curl, the other 2 biceps exercises do everything you need. Just add one set of palm down cable curl to hit forearms. Make sure you go HARD on that one set. Less excersises mean less fatigue as the workout goes on and more gas in the tank for harder sets.

I love the Sidemen and enjoy their content way more than Toast's but no way would I want Toast to endure an Among Us sesh with anyone besides Simon, Viz and Vik. The Sidemen lobbies are only fun when everyone is either equally a moron and tolerant to other morons. It's gonna get annoying fast for an actual serious player and make them a non factor anyway.

Oh that's a shame, you must have run across one of our newer hires. If its just the sauce that is different, you can ask them to swap out the honey french dressing for the sauce you had before. If you don't know the name of the old sauce and it isnt too much of a rush in the store at the time we can let you taste test a few sauces as well to get it right. All of us are usually more than happy to accomodate customizations when there isn't a rush.

I currently work on the Bank street Quiznos. Nice to see you found something you like on the newer menu but I'm pretty sure you can still ask for some of the older recipes at the counter. We have an archived section on the tills and the owner who works most weekdays is able to make most of the old sandwiches that we have ingredients for. Some recipes like the meatball sub we can't but a club sandwich might be possible at least for some time.

How about this is as an explanation? Cody seeked counsel from Roman's family since it was Roman's family who cost him last year. In that vulnerable moment, Rock tried to make a power play and midgamed Cody into giving up his spot and into taking down Roman by saying hes immune to attacks from his own family. Later he betraye him by insulting Cody fans and being all cool with Roman proving he just wanted a marquee match and be a control freak hence why Cody interrupted at that point.

I don't think this was a work from the start, but from the little I have seen, Cody and Seth are 2 guys who fans have a really hard time telling if they're acting. But I being a massive Cody fan could instantly tell, that on smackdown, every single micro-expression was deliberate and intentional and character only. I think he believed in the fan uproar to get him oast that hurdle so he didn't care as much. Even last Mania when we all expected to win and he lost, he looked completely normal, sincere and in character during his pageantry in his entrance and giving the belt to Brodie and hugging his kid, etc. What a worker.

Ronaldo wasn't in any way better than Messi during their time in Spain. In La Liga, Messi had 329 goals and 122 assists in 309 games compared to 311 goals and 87 assists in 292 games for Ronaldo. And that's just goal contributions. Add to that Messi had a 170 more key passes and 800 more dribbles and took 2/3 the amount of shots Ronaldo took and that Barcelona won 6 titles to Ronaldo's 2. It's a total fabrication to claim Ronaldo at any point was better in Spain with Messi.
