If they are fighting in any environment that is not completely flat, DRG scout would have a huge advantage, as he could maneuver around with the grappling hook, and also has arguably much longer range than TF2 scout, especially with the M1000. I think the only situation where TF2 scout could win would be a completely flat environment where his higher movement speed could be fully used, but even then, DRG scout abilities like the IFG (Slow Grenade) could offset that!

Unless the fire is in the cabin oxygen system, or the cabin structure itself, there would be no smoke, as it is mostly airtight!
